Terms of Service

1. Who we are

WeCreateMVPs ("WeCreateMVPs," "we," "us," or "our") is a sole-proprietor studio operated by Adeel ("Adeel") that designs and builds minimum viable products and related digital experiences. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, content, and any free informational tools we offer (collectively, the "Site"). Paid engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement; if there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls for that engagement.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Informational tools and estimates

The scope calculator, AI chat ("Ask Adeel"), pricing pages, timelines, PDFs, and any other estimates or recommendations available on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a quote, proposal, offer, guarantee, or professional advice, and no contractual relationship is formed until both parties sign a written Service Agreement. Actual scope, pricing, and timing depend on information disclosed during discovery and may differ materially from any on-site estimate.

4. AI chat output

The Ask Adeel chat uses third-party large language models. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, technical, or business advice. Do not submit confidential, personal, regulated, or proprietary information into the chat. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on AI output.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's personal information;
• Probe, scan, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass any security or rate-limiting controls;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, or model weights;
• Use the Site to train competing AI systems or to build a competing service offering;
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or anything that could damage the Site or other users.

We may suspend, block, or refuse service to anyone at any time, with or without notice, including refusing to enter into a Service Agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including the WeCreateMVPs name, logo, written content, design system, code, calculator logic, prompts, and PDFs, is owned by Adeel and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of our services. All other rights are reserved.

Ownership of any custom deliverables produced under a paid engagement is handled in the Service Agreement for that engagement.

7. Third-party services

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (including Lovable, Supabase, Cloudflare, Calendly, and AI model providers). We do not control and are not responsible for those services, their content, uptime, or terms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site, all informational tools, AI output, estimates, and PDFs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, security, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will WeCreateMVPs, Adeel, or any affiliates, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site (and not a paid engagement governed by a Service Agreement) will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeCreateMVPs, Adeel, and all affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any content or information you submit; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adeel is principally based, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. You agree to bring any claim only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
