This Privacy Policy explains how WeCreateMVPs ("we," "us," "our"), a sole-proprietor studio operated by Adeel, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit wecreatemvps.com or interact with us (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

You give us directly: name, email, company, role, project description, stage, goals, target users, existing URLs, timeline, budget band, location, and how you heard about us, through the application form, scope calculator, AI chat, or email. The calculator also stores your selections, the resulting price/timeline estimate, and the first name and email used to unlock the PDF.

Collected automatically: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) and basic, privacy- respecting analytics about how the Site is used. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

From third parties: when you book a call via Calendly, Calendly shares the information you submit there (name, email, scheduled time, any answers you provide) with us.

3. How we use it

• Respond to applications, scope requests, and questions;
• Generate scope PDFs and email them to you;
• Run the AI chat and improve the quality of our replies;
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where applicable, we rely on: (a) your consent (e.g., submitting a form); (b) performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one; (c) compliance with legal obligations; and (d) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site, balanced against your rights.

5. Service providers

We share information with vetted providers that help us run the Site, including: Lovable (build/host), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (edge/runtime), Calendly (booking), and AI model providers (e.g., Google) routed via the Lovable AI Gateway for the Ask Adeel chat. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by their own privacy and security terms. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries.

6. Retention

We keep application submissions and scope-calculator records for as long as needed to respond, run our business, and meet legal obligations (typically up to 24 months unless we have an active engagement with you). Server logs are kept for a shorter period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including TLS in transit, encryption at rest with our database provider, row-level security policies, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you share information with us at your own risk and should not submit confidential or regulated data (e.g., health, financial account, or government ID numbers) through the Site.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. 9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
